Stillman Property Management Welcomes New Staff Members
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. (April 30, 2012) – Stillman Property Management, a full-service property management company based in Mamaroneck, N.Y., welcomes three new hires strategically chosen to enhance the company’s ability to provide more comprehensive management services.
Adam Turner previously served as Assistant Regional Manager at American Pool Management in Spring Valley, N.Y. Turner brings more than five years of experience working with health inspectors, engineers, and residents, ensuring property pools adhere to county and state regulations. Turner received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany and currently resides in Peekskill.
Anthony Rizzi brings five years of experience as a licensed appraiser, having previously worked with single-family residential homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, and co-ops. Rizzi is also experienced in property management and served as a building manager for Heritage Management, where he maintained relationships and communications with board members, tenants, brokers, and shareholders. Rizzi holds a degree from Dutchess Community College and currently resides in Thornwood.
Robert Conca previously served as Senior Property Manager for McGrath Management Services. Conca assisted in managing accounts including condominium town homes, single family homes, and co-ops, totaling more than 400 units. In his previous position, Conca managed 24/7 personnel response to both board managers and boards of directors as well as community emergencies. He also served as a liaison between the board and contractors during repairs and maintenance, supervising contracted work. Conca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pace University and currently resides in Tarrytown.
